The building has an Indische architecture style which is suitable with tropical conditions. this building has a visual axis with Blenduk Church that adds value to the region. This building includes "tetenger" Semarang City.

Church of Blenduk Semarang 

Aged over 200 years old and made "tetenger" (Landmark) Semarang city. Located at Jalan Let Jend. Suprapto no.32. It was named after the Blenduk church on the top of two towers and a large dome. The dome in Javanese means Blenduk. The building began to stand in 1753, used for the NEDERLANDSCHE INDISCHE KERK church.

Sisters of the Franciscan Order 

Located on Jl. Ronggowarsito no. 8. This foundation belongs to Catholic. Originally in 1808 Pastor LAMBERTS PRINSEN initiated the establishment of a Catholic orphanage for a son named WEESHUIS.

Mberok Bridge 

This bridge is the main link between the road Pemuda and Jalan Mpu Tantular, built in 1705. At that time, the location of the Old City, also called OUDSTADT dibagun rectangular fortress, named after VIJHOEK Fortress, one of the gates of this fort is the bridge Berok that time named DEZUIDER PORT.

PT Djakarta Lloyd 

Located at Jalan Mpu Tantular 23 The current owner is PT Djakarta Lloyd (Persero). The architect of this building is Herman Thomas Karsten after the assignment of Stoomvaart Maatschappij Nederland (SMN) a venture in the field of sea transport.

This building is on the banks of the river, because at that time the river can be navigated ship with a large size, so the ship can dock and unloading in front of the office.

PT Perkebunan XV 


This company opened a branch in Semarang in 1888. The establishment of this company relates to the history of forced cultivation ( Cultur Stelsel ) in the Dutch East Indies.The building is European-shaped with the addition of 2 (two) towers beside the left and right of the building built at the beginning of XIX and used for NV CULTUUR MAATSCHAPIPIJ DER VORSTENLANDEN is a Dutch company engaged in the field of plantation and agriculture.

Indonesian Batik Cooperative Office 

Located on Jalan Mpu Tantular 29. Founded in the 1930s. This building was established for the Batik Entrepreneur Cooperative at that time considering in ancient times batik has also been exported abroad.
Dated May 4, 1897 was inaugurated since the beginning of the Association of Batik Entrepreneurs stood in Indonesia. The building is adapted for tropical air conditions.
