MOJOSEMI FOREST PARK, Magetan's Tourism (East Java - Indonesia)



Mojosemi Forest Park Magetan is a tourist area that favor the concept of pine forest mountain slopes as the main attraction. The forests are managed by the private sector in partnership with Perhutani as a local stakeholder and People Forest Community (LMDH). Its existence is not widely known because it has recently officially opened into a tourist area.

Location

Mojosemi Forest Park is located in Mojosemi village, Plaosan sub-district, Magetan district, East Java.
Location Mojosemi Forest Park located on the slopes of Mount Lawu precisely on the edge of Cemoro Sewu-Sarangan Magetan Highway. The location of this attraction is only about 2 kilometers from Telaga Sarangan .The easiest route from the city of Magetan towards Cemoro Sewu as a climbing post Mount Lawu. After passing the deviation to Telaga Sarangan and a long uphill road, visitors will find an iron bridge and the entrance position of this tourist attraction is on the right path after the bridge. Access to these attractions is quite easy to travel by public transportation to private vehicles. The parking area that is provided is quite wide and is placed gradually following the contour of the land on the slopes of the mountains.

Geography

Mojosemi Forest Park is geographically located on the slopes of Mount Lawu in the east at an altitude of 1,389 masl. The air around the area is quite cool and sometimes quite cold at night. The main attraction of Mojosemi Forest Park is forest tourism or commonly referred to as a tourist wana. Inside the forest area there is a wide variety of vegetation and a waterfall attraction called Tirto Mojo Waterfall. Vegetation found in the Mojosemi Forest Park include Pinus ( Pinus sp ), Puspa ( Schima Wallichii ), Jamuju ( Podocarpus Imbricatus ), Ekaliptus ( Eucalypthus sp ), and so on.
 The supporting facilities at Mojosemi Forest Park are quite complete from places to stay, park, spot selfie, camping area, parking area, hall, games rides, public bathrooms, musholla, until the sale of souvenirs typical of Magetan. Mojosemi Forest Park Manager provides 3 choices of stay in this area including Lawu Forest Camp , Container Forest Camp (place to stay using container box), and Tends Deck Camp (place to stay by tent). The game park in this tourist area is quite complete and varied, among others OutBound, Flying Fox, Skywalk, ATV, High Rope Adventure, Ekaliptus Resto & cafe, Airsoftgun Zone, Archery Zone, and so on.
Setting Mojosemi Forest Park is pretty neat with ornamental ornamentation among pine trees are still tight.At some points also given a spot of selfie enough loved by the young. For me personally the existence of Mojomsei Forest Park adds a choice of sightseeing around the slopes of Mount Lawu which previously only dominated by two excellent tours namely Sarangan and Tawangmangu Lake famous for its Grojogan Sewu Waterfall . Overall Mojosemi Forest Park can be a choice of sightseeing around the slopes of Mount Lawu Magetan district district in addition to Sarangan Tourism Telaga, Telaga Wahyu , and Cemoro Sewu

WAYANG KULIT, Java's Culture

Wayang kulit  is a traditional  puppet-shadow play  found in the culture of  Java ,  Bali , and  Lombok ,  Indonesia . [1] In a  wayang  kulit performance, the puppet figures are rear-projected on a taut linen screen with a coconut-oil (or electric) light.
