Maribaya tourist area Lembang has long been known in Bandung, ten of years old age. This place can be said one of the legendary places in Bandung, the destination of the favorite streets of old people first. Here we can enjoy the waterfall, hot tub, and enjoy the green forest because it is located adjacent to Juanda Forest Park.
The area is renovated long enough. Finally around July 2015 re-opened to the public, with a different concept. Now the location of Maribaya Bandung tourism known as Maribaya Resort, or Maribaya Natural Hot Spring Resort.




Location

Located approximately 6 KM from Lembang market, or approximately 14 KM from downtown (Gedung Sate). Its location is not so far from the city, but the atmosphere is quite a contrast; green, and fresh. There are several alternative ways to Maribaya that you can use (assuming you are from Dago Bandung);
  1. Via Dago route - Jalan setia budi (UPI / Ledeng) - Lembang - Maribaya. The road is nice and wide, it's just quite a detour away.
  2. Via the Dago - Dago route overturn left at the fork after the dago terminal towards Dago Giri - Lembang - Maribaya. The road is pretty good but narrow. This road passes also famous cafes like Lawangwangi, Cafe Salse, sloping house, etc. Attention; please be careful and use a healthy vehicle, as many climbs sharply with a narrow path.
  3. Via route Dago - Ciumbuleuit - Punclut - Lembang - Maribaya. Skip the Punclut tourist area.The road is narrow, quite damaged (ciumbuleuit-punclut), Many long inclines.
  4. Alternate route Dago - Juanda Hutan Raya Park - Hiking through the jungle juanda to Maribaya. The road is nice, and the hiking trails are also nice. You all enjoy the Juanda forest park. It just has to be ready to go back and forth running

Wayang wong , also known as  Wayang orang  (literally 'human  wayang )', is a type of classical  Javanese dance theatrical performance with themes taken from episodes of the  Ramayana  or  Mahabharata . WAYANG KULIT, Java's Culture

Wayang kulit  is a traditional  puppet-shadow play  found in the culture of  Java ,  Bali , and  Lombok ,  Indonesia . [1] In a  wayang  kulit performance, the puppet figures are rear-projected on a taut linen screen with a coconut-oil (or electric) light. The  Dalang  (shadow artist) manipulates carved leather figures between the lamp and the screen to bring the shadows to life. Wayang kulit is one of the many different forms of wayang theatre found in Indonesia, the other being  wayang beber ,  wayang klitik ,  wayang golek ,  wayang topeng , and  wayang wong . Wayang kulit is among the best known, offering a unique combination of ritual, lesson and entertainment. On November 7, 2003,  UNESCO designated  wayang kulit  from Indonesia as one of the  Masterpieces of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity .
